Not great

Not great. Called to enquire about a Tesla, but the dismissive nature of the person on the phone was appalling. I asked if it would be possible to get a battery health test on the car; which is a more than reasonable request for an electric vehicle; and her instant answer was, 'We don’t do that.' She followed up with, 'Some cars come with it, others don’t,' and 'I think we will sell the car just fine without it,' adding that they’ve sold over 40 Teslas. It’s so bad that I find it hard to believe this is possible in 2026.

If I had to guess, the staff are likely family or close friends of the manager; the place is run like an 'Eastern European bros club.' Do not buy. Stay away.

Absolutely Shocking Experience
I called Hanworth Autos with some straightforward questions about one of their vehicles advertised on AutoTrader. The advert lacked crucial details, so I simply wanted some clarification before potentially viewing the car.
What happened? The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable - just basic information about their own vehicle listing.
RUN. DON'T WALK. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Their attitude during a basic phone call tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. There are countless other reputable dealers out there who actually value customers and provide professional service.
Customer service starts with the very first interaction. If you can't be bothered to answer simple questions politely about your own adverts, you're in the wrong business. Your rudeness has cost you a sale today and likely many more in the future once people read reviews like this.
I wouldn't deal with Hanworth Autos even if they offered me a free car. The potential headache and stress simply isn't worth it. There are too many good dealers out there to waste time with ones that treat customers with contempt.
Do yourself a favour - look elsewhere.

PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP

Please stay away from this dishonest and downright rude dealership. Bought the car from these guys in April and never received my logbook and spare key which was promised to me… On top of that, the vehicle got a check engine light come up 2 weeks after the purchase.. I rung the owner today enquiring about the logbook and he started shouting and swearing at me… I am also going to complain to Carloan 365 as they had recommended this dealership.. Absolute disgrace. I wish there was an option to give 0 star..

The service was fantasic- everything went quickly ,smoothly,and without any issues .Sara Azeezand Michael were all incredibly helpful ,friendly,and professional throughout the whole proces.The car delivered within two days,which made things even easier .Great experiance from start to finish -highly recommend this dealership! Traveled from south Wales to view a Tesla, kept in touch the whole time, while there very polite, and informative about the car, could do enough to help me, would definitely recommend this company

Beware ❌

We bought a car off this company 2 weeks ago on the good reviews to find out down the line that car we bought has so many issues we wanted to return the car on the under 30 day grace and get our money back but was told politely NO we don’t do that and that we have cease trading as from today 28th April 2025 and to transgress to court to get our money back the owner was so arigent towards us we have now got stuck with a car we can not use

Scammers! They buy dodgy cars and sell them to hardworking people

I bought a car from them, and within 14 days, it broke down on the motorway. I provided proof from the AA, but they accused me of taking the car to another garage and blamed that for the breakdown, refusing to accept a return. They didn’t even service the car, despite claiming it was fully serviced—there wasn’t any engine oil at all! They’re linked with a garage that issues MOTs for faulty cars. Don’t trust these scammers—they claim to be bankrupt, so you won’t get your money back. The lady I dealt with was also very unprofessional.

Waste of time

They tried to get me to pay for the fuel for a test drive claiming they would refund me after, when I said no she got angry then a police detective came in to talk to her about something and she couldn't get me out of there fast enough - dodgy doesn't cover it - don't touch them with a barge poll!

Purchased a car through a finance…

Purchased a car through a finance company. On collection the car seemed fine. I am no AA expert so I cannot do a full mechanical inspection. There was light that said rear seats not locked but as the seats were not in full position I put it down to that. Long story short, took car, got home, this is when the issues started.

Sticky and stiff buttons switches - not a visible issue. On closer inspection it appears someone may have vomited and the attempt to clean missed the internals of the dash and console. Brake discs and pads were so badly warn they now grind, probably greased to avoid this on test drive.

The garage response dealt with none of the issues raised, was rude, unhelpful and uncaring. If you want a good car, do not look here, you will have no end of issues with no resolution. I now have to pay for legal action.

There are too many issues for me to list them all, just do not touch this garage
