Shockingly bad customer service.
I made a complaint on 04/04/2019 and it still have not been resolved. Company is ignoring my emails, or at best replying that the person who is supposed to be dealing with my complaint is away. I have ordered some tunics on 06/02/19 and they only arrived on 18/04/19 after I complained. They do not have complaints policy in place. Shocking customer service. NOT recommended at all. So many other companies on the market with with good prices, speedy delivery and top level customer service
