Its very strange that such agency has such a good review. I would not recommend this agency and there are various reasons. One they are rude to their customers and care only about incomes they get from you. Second they pretend to be nice until its worthy to get anything from you. Thirdly, they cause stress and dont take responsibilities to their customers, they just want you to rent from them and pay rent, and leave them alone for anything. And lastly, they dont behave in professional manner and as in previous review mentioned, i would mention Rachel as well. She is the queen of everything written above.

I recently moved into a flat and I had Megan to do checks etc. She was just amazing…helpful, friendly yet professional. Nothing was too much for her and she made the whole experience stress free. Thank you Megan
