They do not own up to their mistakes and lies.
This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and incompetent housing agent I’ve ever dealt with.They scheduled the wrong viewing time. For the viewing, I took a day off work and traveled nearly 3 hours to get to the property, only to find out they had made a mistake. What made it worse was the constant lying from these agents (Chris and Adam). They sent me a text to arrive by 11:45 am, but since I live far away, I spoke to their agents over the phone, and we agreed on 12:45 pm. I waited for the agent at the property, as no one was there I called by 12:50pm which I have screenshots of. If that time slot was not available, they could have told me ahead of time instead of making excuses and lying when I arrived at the property.

We are sorry that you were not able to attend the viewing. However, you, unfortunately, arrived after the agreed viewing timeslot booked with us. As per your review, we informed you that our viewing agent will be at the property until 12.45pm, and you arrived after this time and called into our office at 12.55pm.
As you were coming from far away. we did pre-warn you that our viewing agent will only be available at the property during the pre-agreed timeslot, all of which we put in writing to you.
Whilst we do always try and accommodate for delays where possible, we cannot guarantee this. On this occasion, our agent had to leave after the pre-agreed timeslot and was unfortunately busy for the remainder of the day so couldn't re-arrange on the same day for you.
Very impressed with Hassle Free Letting
I have been working with Hassle Free Letting since earlier this year. I have been very impressed by their professionalism, their process and customer service.
I would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the service provided. Alex showed us round the property and was very friendly and professional from the start, and Charlotte took over helping us get the property as quickly as possible. Overall it was a very quick and smooth process, 5 stars!

Highly Recommend Hassle Free Letting
Hassle Free Letting are a fantastic agency to rent with, I stayed in one of their properties for just under a year and we had a great experience. If there was ever an issue such as no hot water they would send out a plumber/ electrician and check in with us to make sure the issue was fixed. I would highly recommend renting with Hassle Free Letting.
