Thank you for your feedback, and we apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced. From our records, it appears you purchased a Samsung Galaxy J3 with standard Royal Mail 48-hour delivery, and no extra payment for expedited shipping was made. We have confirmed the tracking information (QG573016359GB) and your order is due to be delivered on Friday, 14th June. We dispatched your order on the same day we received confirmation from Wowcher, on 10th June. Unfortunately, it seems there has been a delay with Royal Mail, which is beyond our control.
