Fab customer service and glad booked with hays
Sarah Wellington was an amazing agent! She listened to what I wanted for this holiday and she went above and beyond to make it possible and affordable price too. I have saved her details and will most definitely contact her for future bookings.

Poor Servicd from Hays
I received a text from Hays Travel offering holidays. I was interested in one of them so travelled to my nearest Hays Travel office to book the holiday. Unfortunately I was told that a Hays Travel office cannot sell the holidays advertised in the text sent to me, not without increasing the price.
How frustrating and what a waste of time. Why could Hays not have said in their text that these holidays were not available at Hays Travel offices.
So I went home to book the holiday on line. Went through the whole booking process, my deposit was taken from my bank account, then the Hays Travel website broke the connection. Have just received an email from Hays asking why I didn't complete my booking. So they have my money and I have no booking.
Trying to get through to them on the phone is almost impossible. Takes ages. So I am no further forward. I'm furious with this very poor service.
