Have used Hays travel in Alloa a lot in the past couple of years and have found the staff to be more than helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure we get the holiday we are looking for. As usual Margo was superb.Very efficient. She booked exactly what I wanted.Everyone in the Alloa branch is so helpful and lovely to talk to. They seem to have more time for their customers than a lot of shops. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my travel. So much better than trying to do it myself online.
