When entering the branch the member off staff was not very welcoming almost it was to much to help us

The last few holidays that we have booked we have asked for Isabel ( Ashford Branch ) She is very competent , patient and informative. She works hard to get a holiday that suits all our requirementsand is very pleasant to deal with . We a have confidence that she will do the best for us whether its a small or large request . She also answers promptly if we have a query .

Sandra was so knowledgeable about different options she was wonderful and no one can beat those prices. I know because I checked. She also went above and beyond.

Approachable, efficient, staff. Answered all questions and promptly printed out all information required also contacted me to arrange a suitable day to exchange currency.
All holiday information was email and paper.

Sandra at Ashford branch was very polite and did everything that needed to be done 10/10.

Sandra was really welcoming, friendly and efficient. We usually book with Easyjet but she found us the same holiday for less with Tui and she also arranged for us to fly to a closer airport. She went above and beyond to help us, thanks Sandra.

This is the 2nd time we have booked a holiday with hayes travel, and I must express how delighted we where with the the help we where given to choose a holiday ideal and suitable for us. The help we had been given by Sandra was above and beyond expectation. Going forward I will certainly be back

Our agent, Isabel, was thoroughly professional, has great attention to detail, was always willing to listen and try hard to get the flight options and hotels etc we were looking for and was friendly and a charming person to deal with.
We had gone to book low cost domestic flights and were chatting to each other about our plans for a trip to Australia - whilst she booked our domestic flights - and she listened and proactively asked if we’d be happy for her to put an itinerary together. Top marks to her. Highly recommend working with her.

I came in one day and spoke to Hollie. She gave me all the information and we came back the next day to book our cruise and was helped by Demi.I could have booked it online but being in front of a person who knew what she was doing made the process so much easier.

Demi was very efficient, friendly, patient and helpful. She made booking our short break away stress free and pleasurable. I cannot praise the whole experience enough.

Experience was okay, but we had phoned the shop prior to visiting to find out more about the holiday that we had seen and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. When we visited the shop tye same day, the lady was running through the holiday that we had seen advertised in the window and came out with a different price. I said but it says a different price in the window and she just said yes the prices change all the time and now its gone up. I did think what is the point of putting them there or add on the advert prices subject to change. On the phone the lady told us that our tra sfers where inuded but when we got there we had to pay extra. I told the lady we had spoke to so.eone in the shop before coming and she just did not seem interested and didn't even ask anyone and there was only 3 other ladies working. We ended up paying just over £400 more than it was advertised in the end.

The travel agent was very helpfull. Polite and smiley. She helped us all the way.

From the moment we stepped through the door we were looked after, listened to and given a number of options for the type of holiday we were looking for. We received follow up calls and help with travel insurance.

Hollie was extremely helpful and gave us every bit of information we could need.
She was warm and friendly and made booking an amazing holiday even better.
