Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. I knew where I wanted to travel, so this made the process quicker and easier for all. I booked with Hayes last year as well because I had a positive experience.

Leanne was great! Got us prices straight away and took the time to explain everything as we are new to cruising! Her colleague which I also spoke with was also great showed me staterooms and different decks of the ship! Nothing was too much trouble 🤩
