Always get good service and advice at Hays Berwick branch.

It was just a lovely experience had a great laugh with all the staff, as I tried to confirm things with my wife over the phone in the office.

The staff member Becky listened to everything that was important for my requirements. Really tried and achieved all that made it a holiday that ticked all the boxes for us.

We booked a second holiday. Shaunie has been most helpful in getting us the perfect holiday again. All the staff are so pleasant. We use the money service in the branch too and staff made it all so easy.

The receptionist/agent was excellent and covered all options so quickly and efficiently.

Called it to get information on a last minute trip, staff could have not been any more helpful and made all the arrangements for the trip. Very helpful and friendly.

Rebecca at Berwick upon Tweed could not have been more helpful,from the minute we walked in she knew exactly what holiday we would like She explained all of the options very well and really searched for a holiday that we really wanted . She found us the exact holiday and we were over the moon. We have dealt with Rebecca on a few occasions and she has never failed to disappoint .She is an asset to Hays Travel.

What I love about Hays travel is the continuity of the staff. Same staff that we booked with 2 years ago and they remembered us. First class service from the team in the Berwick store. Would never buy online again when you get this friendly service in store.
