Hays travel birkenhead
Young lad assisting us was very helpful, very enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very welcoming from the moment we entered the travel agents.
He went out his way to find us the best deal even offering places we never thought of going.
He was very knowledgeable and is a credit to your company

James Bent was very helpful and professional he listened to what we wanted booked our holiday advised us as to money cards arranged our euros and sorted out our seating on the plane very happy with the service we received we saw him on 29th and 30th june

Everything was effortlessly done
Everything was effortlessly done, all staff were extremely helpful at all times, not just once you had booked your holiday! You could ask anything and everything and if they didn’t know(which was very rare) they would find out. All round fabulous experience and service!

They booked flights to Canada within 30 minutes amazing fast service very professional i wanted May 2024 and that's what I have got. From Liverpool John Lennon Airport to Prince George British Columbia which is on the Pacific Coast via Frankfurt and Vancouver thank you so much James you are a true gentleman

As usual excellent service. We were pretty sure where we wanted to go & after a short discussion with Sarah about one or two options we very quickly settled on Tenerife. Seating was a problem on the outward bound date but she was able to sort this out. We have been using Hays travel for many years & while there has been a large turnover over of staff during this time all new staff are well & have seamlessly fitted in.

We attended the shop, informed the advisor of what we wanted. He sorted it and advised us of options and explained the costs.
Staff were polite and helpful throughout.

Very helpful and polite staff. Entered the shop to enquire about a holiday advertised in the window. The lads were able to find us the same destination, but at a bit lower price. Had quite a few questions about the trip, which they all the answers to.
