Very helpful
Very helpful. Well explained. Patient as we umm'd and ahh'd alot to make a choice. India did her best to find the right package and deal for us and fuifilled all our key wishes. Took the stress out of finding our holiday and love the ongoing help of checking in etc. etc.
Great experience and we will use Hay's again. Thank you India and Hays.

Always great customer service
We’ve been using hays for all our holidays and enjoyed most of their recommendations, always do their best to find us the best deals and tbh ( bar turkey ) they have hit the nail on the head, Sofia was very patient and thorough and eventually found us a holiday in Sofia lol 😂 excellent staff 😊

Staff at the Blackpool shop are amazing
Staff at the Blackpool shop are welcoming and polite. They listened to what we wanted from our holiday and put a package together for us quickly.
