Service was excellent.
Service was excellent,Finlay was very good couldn't ask for more he explained every step what had to be done and what i need to do nearer the date regarding visa application, he went through everything that needed looking at i left the shop very pleased, even the lady at the currency counter explained the best currency to put on prepayment card, all in all it was a very good experience, THANK YOU all at Hayes travel will certainly be using them again and will relate to others how well they helped.

Amazing experience

Hays Travel Blackwood - Excellent service
We've used Hays Travel in Blackwood to book holidays in New York and Poland. Both experiences have been exceptionally positive. Specificall Susan, in the Blackwood Branch is absolutely amazing. She is always on point and nothing is too much hassle for her. More importantly for us she has so much patience! We will always get quotes from Hays as a given, to any holiday.
