From our initial query regarding a trip of a lifetime to Canada Karen’s customer service, communication, attention to detail, listening skills, calm and patient manner made our experience one to remember. Karen sent us an email with the itinerary and excursion options for Banff and Vancouver so we could review these all in our own time… making sure we could ask any questions we had. On the day we visited Hays at Bluewater Karen was on hand to go through everything with us. This took a while because we had a lot of questions lol but Karen was so patient with us and was the link to ensuring everything was right for us. Exceptional knowledge and put our needs first. She went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough for all she did. We will certainly book with Hays again and we cannot wait now for our phenomenal holiday to Canada and our cruise to Alaska at the end with breathtaking excursions. Thank you to Karen and all the staff at Hays for making our visit the best we could have.

I had an excellent experience in Hayes Travel yesterday . Louisa was the agent who dealt with me organising a bespoke trip on the Bernina Express. She was friendly, welcoming and very organised. It took her over two hours working with a number of third-party agents to organise the trip, which she completed with great patience. Louisa and her team (Jamie)gave me valuable information regarding the trip of which I am very thankful. I will certainly use this company again.
