I was listened to about what type…
I was listened to about what type holiday I wanted, where I wanted and special needs I needed with myself being a wheelchair user. Regarding needs at the airport, getting on the plane and transport to get to the hotel and back to the airport as I am able to get up and down steps on a coach and because I am bringing my power chair with me.

Highly recommend
Went in branch as I could not find the holiday I wanted as it was a little bespoke. The staff in store knew exactly what I needed and was able to keep to the budget. Booked it there and then. Will definitely be back for my next holiday
