We went into Hays to ask for ideas about Thailand and where would be the best places to go and how to do it. We came away with three separate suggestions and were back a week later to book Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui.
There staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go we wouldn’t hesitate using then again.

She showed a genuine interest in where we’re from and what our jobs were, while also sharing details about herself. Having never been on a cruise, Poppy provided excellent guidance using her knowledge of cruising whilst also giving us all the options available. Once we identified our dream holiday, Poppy looked for the best value for money and any additional perks we could take advantage of. As I have said before Hays Travel always find what we are looking for in a cruise. Especially with finding accessible cabins, The staff in Bridgwater are extremely helpful and have lots of patience.
