Scott was extremally helpful with my booking, with communication between Hays, myself and Cunard, which is still ongoing , right the way through to the final booking.

Debbie helped us book our cruise to Norway and Iceland. She showed us available cabins, prices and dining options. She was patient and friendly. Thank you.

Clear, knowlegable, helpful

This was a second visit to Hays Travel Bromsgrove. We were not disappointed equally as good as our first visit 6 weeks ago. This time we were greeted by Morgan, who dealt with us very professionally. Morgan was very approachable with lots of knowledge with regarding our holiday requirements. The staff at Bromsgrove are a credit to Hays Travel. This our second Holiday we have booked with Hays and I am confident we will be booking many more. A wonderful experience thank you Hays Travel Bromsgrove.

Morgan was excellent alongside her helpful colleagues. I went in having some particular wants and she spent so much time focussed on finding what worked for me within a small time frame. Thank you so very much :)

I purchased a tui holiday from this company as they advertise price matching and that is not the case.

The holiday I purchased did not include hand luggage but did if I booked it direct with Tui web site.

The price wasnt match so I got less for more.

I pointed out the terms and conditio s wasnt pointed out when I tried to get my deposit back.

There excuse it was on the paperwork given at the point of sale it was not.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BOOK DIRECT WITH THE TOUR OPERATOR.

Their reply it is correct if it isnt than tell me with evidebce wgats not correct
