I was lucky enough to get the wonderful Clare who we feel is our personal TA! Cheerful, friendly, informative, knowledgable and wouldn’t let me book until I signed up for a BLUE LIGHT CARD so that I could make several hundred pounds saving. Got the holiday we wanted and a joyful experience. Not rushed. Felt as if she was only there to look after me! Superb!

The young lady who served us was extremely efficient and helpful. She managed to book us exactly what we wanted! A very enjoyable experience.

Excellent service from Kerys and Holly when I visited to book a holiday with my 86 year old mother in law. Both ladies were super helpful and very efficient in dealing with our requests. Would definitely book with them again rather than doing it online in future

We came into the shop in Broughty Ferry with quite vague idea of our destination but specific ‘no go ‘ places + limiting filters in type of holiday ( all inclusive/ 4*/from Edinburgh.
Cerys was extremely helpful and trawled through so much , always very polite and friendly. After an hour we had it all booked and looking forward to a wonderful trip.

We were given the best attention by staff and advised as to the most cost effective time to travel to our preferred destination and best flight times to suit us. This is the third year we have booked with Hays Travel and return because of the service we receive.

We were excited to book our trip, the local store had details in advance. On booking too many errors arose. Our name was spelt wrongly on the booking despite being advised and initially noted down correctly. This meant it couldn’t be ‘ticketed’ because they needed to be updated our name and could take 48 hours. Mistakes happen. Because of this we couldn’t pick plane seats for some time, not the biggest issue, but another issue in the customer service provided. We had 3 different ref codes, Hays, TUI and one for the flights/Airline, so confusing for a “package TUI” holiday. Still not sure why they booked it through TUI when the hotel and flights appeared to be booked individually. Hays customer service later confirmed our teenage son was the lead passenger?? When these issues were queried at the local shop, the response given was not the reality. Anyways, we had a fab holiday and will not return to Hays again.

My booking experience with Nicola was excellent. Nicola was very professional, informative, extremely helpful, very friendly and fun. She put myself and my sisters very much at ease. Very easy booking process. From initial telephone conversation then emails back and forth. To a link being send for payment of deposit.
Not the usual hanging about waiting all day/days for replies to email. Gill was very attentive and much appreciated to service received.
