As always, when I want to book a holiday, I head for Hayes in Bury St Edmunds where the staff greet me warmly and allow me whatever time it takes to find the right holiday to suit my needs.
I have booked many holidays with Hayes over the years and each one has been an excellent fit to what I hoped for.

All consultants very knowledgeable but Gemma is a absolute star
