Had a very good experience. Stopped off at the Carrickfergus branch, and Shannon was very helpful from start to finish with booking the holiday to explaining what we needed to know. This is our first time with Hays Travel and would definitely recommend booking with them again!

I don't go anywhere else to book my holidays.the girls in Carrickfergus are so friendly, professional and go the extra mile for you. I booked a bucket list holiday to cruise alaska and rocky mountaineer for my birthday in may this year.They informed the powers that be. I was given cakes drinks and upgrades on my unforgettable trip. My usually go to girls are Shannon and kelsey

Seeing the posts from facebook to messenger to email confirmation. How fantastic this service was from Shannon! Multiple quotes back and forward, nothing was to much bother to Shannon. For me it was a simple process when i cant get down to the shop or even take phone call until after 4pm due to work. We have booked with the Carrickfergus branch before and will again. Fantastic branch
I was able to call into my local store, provide the details of the holiday we were seeking to book and then be emailed with the results.
I was then able to phone the store and make the booking over the phone. Staff within the Carrickfergus branch are always pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional.
