Knowledgeable staff
When I arrived I was greeted straight away. Sat down and the employee was professional and knew what to do. I was dealing with a gentleman called Curtis who explained everything and was offered a cup of tea by another employee. This was a great touch thank you.

We asked for a quiet holiday suitable…
We asked for a quiet holiday suitable for children and was recommended one which turned out to be a party hotel which the hotel receptionist even said this hotel isn’t for children as it is full of young groups here to party.

Having looked into the booking Hannah made, I can see from the information provided by Jet2 that hen and stag groups are not permitted at this hotel and that the property is sold as being suitable for families with children.
As travel agents, we act as an intermediary and provide information supplied to us by our travel partners in good faith. Based on the comments in your review, it appears that your concerns relate to the holiday product and information provided by Jet2, rather than your experience with our branch directly. Please note that the score and review on here is in relation to service in Castleford during your booking by Hannah, however this review isn't in relation to this.
If you would like to pursue this further, any formal complaint would need to be submitted to Jet2. We would, of course, be happy to support you with this process should you wish to do so. Having tried to contact you on several occasion I ask that you make contact with the branch so as we can help and discuss this further.

Good experience booked a cruise but 2 separate invoices for 3 people wasn't asked about cabins near each other as im an older lady and need to be close as we have paid over £10,000 for this cruise a little disappointed we the information given

I would just like to clarify that we would only ever issue one booking confirmation per couple or household, and this was done correctly at the time of booking.
With regard to the request for cabins next to one another, I did explain that this was something I looked into. However, the cost of selecting adjacent cabins was significantly higher, and the more cost-effective option was to have cabins allocated approximately 10 days before sailing.
I hope this helps to clarify the situation and addresses any concerns. Thank you again for taking the time to get in touch.

Good service to a certain extent
We were quite happy with the person we dealt with but found him seemingly a little distracted and some points. Also a little disappointed with cost of the holiday as we completed the holiday purchase and we left the office and checked on line and found the same holiday was nearly £300 cheaper. I rang the office regarding this and was told that this is the chance we take s they are live prices and we cannot do anything about it. In my opinion it seems the extra money must have been a fee to the travel agents
