We were greeted on entering the shop with warm smiles.
We sat down with Lucy and Ellie who helped us to find the right Christmas getaway for us at a price we were happy to pay.
They were very thorough in checking lots of options for us.
All the additional add ons such as the resort tax and visas were clearly explained to us.
Super excited and looking forward to our trip.

Gift vouchers from franchises
I wanted to buy gift vouchers and when one voucher had been purchased I was told that they could only be used at that branch ( a franchise) The vouchers were for family who do not live locally therefore they were no use so I did not purchase the others I wanted.
This should have been pointed out to me BEFORE I bought them.

The experience was wonderful
The experience was wonderful. Everything was made simple and we enjoyed the whole booking experience. The staff member was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Would recommend Hays Chapeltown to all friends and family
