I messaged Hays Chapeltown through the week regarding an offer I’d seen on facebook. Decided to call in yesterday to discuss and book it, and Keeley and the other ladies in the office were lovely! Made us feel so welcome, and after booking our honeymoon they congratulated us with a glass of prosecco! Made it feel all that bit more special, thankyou so much - we cant wait to fly!

Excellent service from Hays.After a couple of days we decided we wanted to change our hotel went to see Natalie and she sorted it out no problems nothing was too much trouble would definatley recommend Hays.

Vicky had already got details set up in the system for the holiday I was looking for, she had previously sent me the details after I saw it advertised on your web page. Vicky was very helpful, friendly and was able to price match the holiday . So instead of a 87 day trip we decided to go for 10 days, what a bargain .
All the team at this branch were very friendly , will deffiantly use you again .
