Carrie was so patient in explaining everything even after 3 or 4 call backs and I wasnt rushed at all. She explained everything perfect and made my booking a pleasure.

Quick, easy, helpful and friendly
I have used Hays before but only for currency this is the first time for a holiday. Normally book myself on line but tried a human interface. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the travel agent was very friendly and helpful. First choice sadly not available but second choice secured and paid for.

Hayes travel chorley ,fantastic.
Hayes travel chorley ,fantastic staff ,jade booked our holiday very helpful explained everything ,good advice ,Lauren helped and explained about the travel cards ,help me download the app all lovely friendly staff ,first time booking with hayes but definitely book again with them.

Jade, no more no less. Jade was very friendly & efficient. Went to look into a holiday in the window, but didn't like the carrier. While I was talking to the wife for about 30 seconds, Jade found a holiday same resort same hotel a little cheaper. We booked it and added 4 additional days. Even though I live in a town with a Heys travel in it, I am thinking I will drive the 70 mile round trip to see Jade. 10/10
