Always book our holidays with hays but not been to chorley store before as usual staff always helpful and friendly jade who served me was lovely spent time looking for good deal and so friendly

Staff are always friendly and heloful. Just booked another off my bucket list. Lauren went out of her way to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.

The service were provided was first class, not just one staff member but all, nothing was to much trouble and we were guided through the service required with lots of smiles and patience, keep up the good work.

Lauren immediately ticked every box for us including the price. What more could you ask for?
