Lily was so friendly and very patient she went through lots of holidays to find us the right place. Jade was absolutely brilliant in helping with our requested rooms and assistance requirements nothing was too much trouble she explained flight times and help with my grandaughter who has a hidden disability she tole us we could pick up a lanyard at the airport for her.
