Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

As always with Hays, the staff were excellent. She took us through several options for our trip, checking proximity to the city centre, public transport etc.
We were able to book a good hotel close to all amenities and attractions, confident it would meet all our needs for the trip.

From the very first conversation, Chloe was absolutely fantastic. I wasn't looking for just any holiday—I had a very specific vision of what I wanted: a peaceful mother-and-daughter break with a private pool, direct flights from Newcastle, and somewhere special to celebrate some important family milestones.
Chloe was incredibly patient while I changed destinations, compared hotels, asked endless questions, and refined my requirements. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She listened carefully, offered honest advice, and found options that genuinely matched what I was looking for rather than trying to sell me something that didn't.

A very easy transaction.
The lady I dealt with was good, very polite and pleasant. When I rang back later to change hotels, there was no problem at all. I spoke to a different lady and she was equally as pleasant and polite. Looking forward to my cruise and stay.
