I was impressed from the beginning by the staff's eagerness to deal with me in a rapid, but relaxed and friendly manner.
I felt calm and confident that I was getting what I wanted, even when I realised that I had not thought through sensibly the mechanics of making the payment. What could have been embarrassing remained amicable and supportive, a delightful experience.

Booked our second holiday yesterday
Booked our second holiday yesterday. Just waiting for confirmation about booking because of the request for a wet room and other facilities specially for our needs. Both Sonia and Katie were really helpful as we had a slightly complicated itinerary in mind but nothing was too much trouble. The time was taken to sort the little details and communication was excellent.
