First time in a travel agents for about 10 years. Wonderful experience. Time was taken to go through all the options, different cabin options ( we booked a cruise). Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel valued. Would highly recommend.

Always a pleasure going into Hays at smithford Way.The girls go above and beyond to find our perfect holiday which is not easy as we often travel with a lot of family but they are very patient and look at all the options for us .

Following the cancellation of all flights going via Dubai, which we had booked direct with Emirates, Sonia and Katie came to our rescue and worked their magic to get us flights to New Zealand in time for our daughter's wedding. We can't thank them enough.

Our family of 3 people returned to the office of Hays Travel in Coventry City Centre for the purpose of seeking advice when it came to the booking of our first holiday for 2026. After the period of damp, cold and wet weather throughout the UK winter months, we were looking for something better for our elected holiday period in March. We were received warmly and were provided with excellent advice and guidance. This enabled us to make a decision and a booking. The booking transaction was undertaken effectively, efficiently as well as economically, and we were able to complete our visit and leave the office in a happy mood and totally satisfied customers. We once again thank Katie as well as her manager and all her colleagues for their friendly and understanding of our customer needs.
