Our family wouldn’t use any other travel agents …. The Cramlington Branch is our favourite Lisa the Manager and her staff are so helpful and patient 100%the best !!!!

We wanted to book a holiday with friends for 2028 Max in the Cramlington branch was very helpful, he arranged it so we coukd defer our payments till November 2026. We always use Hays because all the staff sometimes ho above and beyond to help you have a wonderful holiday experience

Lovely experience as always. Bridget handled the new booking in her usual friendly and professional way. Nothing too much trouble,all my requests and questions answered and dealt with. As usual had a good interaction with all the staff,always feel comfortable when I am in their company.
