My experience was made great yet again…
My experience was made great yet again by going back to the same lady to book me my holiday. Her name is Rhiann. She is so lovely and always extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is the reason why i go back to Hays Travel Crystal Peaks when booking my holiday abroad.

What a pleasure it was being guided through with an expert. Michelle was taking the trouble to resurch the part of the Spanish coast not heavily used by tourists. Then used her expertise to sort the airport and airline, car parking etc etc. Hayes travel is the first travel agent I have used in about 30 years, no more internet for me. Thank you.

Last minute short break
Went in with dates for a short break with no fixed idea where to go and was given constructive ideas and help from Michelle who was very efficient.Booking process was straightforward and was a great last minute deal.

Will never go anywhere else to book a holiday
We have been using hays for the past couple of years, and all staff stand out in their own way.
Always smiling helpfully great knowledge of places you are thinking fabulous advice.
Never pushy with offers of insurance money exchange ect. definitely recommend 👌
