Staff David Miller in store were really helpful and knowledgeable of the destination we were interested in visiting for a holiday. He took in to consideration all of our options and answered our questions. I am very pleased with the outcome and very much looking forward to our holiday.

Went in with dates for a short break with no fixed idea where to go and was given constructive ideas and help from Michelle who was very efficient.Booking process was straightforward and was a great last minute deal.

For many years we've booked through the internet but this time went to the Travel agent and I'm so glad we did. I felt more confident booking with your staff the lady who served us was brilliant she answered our question and left us feeling quite at ease with our holiday.

As usual Hays Travel came up trumps, Abigail was excellent, I got the holiday I wanted at the right price, Abigail explained the holiday to me in great detail and she was impressed by the holiday I had chosen.

Excellent knowledge and support choosing a last minute get away from Anna. Happy to listen and make searches as we narrowed options down. Provided further advise on ticket collection, seat booking and currency also provided. Really enjoyable experience.
