Excellent customer service
We visited the store and were greeted straight away by Geddes. What a lovely young man he was. We were looking to book a big trip to Canada so he took all the details from us and said he would be back in touch next day. He phoned first and then followed up with an email detailing everything. After a few weeks tweeks we are now booked and can't wait to go next year. Thank you Geddes for all your help!

Giving my business to Hays Travel in my hometown was the best decision.

He never hurried me and was respectful whilst I made my decision.

Geddes the sales rep was amazing everything was very easy I'd already checked prices so new roughly what the cost would be through jet 2 and he matched it very well I took the chance at the zero deposit and now have something to look forward to listened to everything I wanted and found the perfect hotel would definetlt recommend
