Customer service was superb
Customer service was brilliant, was supperb tbh as that's the 1st time uv booked a holiday in over 10years and it couldn't have been any easier. Spoke mw through all the steps that need to be done nearer the time aswell.

Kaidan went that extra wee bit for our booking. I wasn’t happy with the original hotel and he found me another hotel. Super price for our trip to Krakow. The after sales communication has been first class. Well done Hays Travel Cumnock.
