I visited your your Darlington branch Saturday 4th as I was struggling to find suitable accommodation for myself my wife and 18 year old son. Danielle was magnificent, I didn't give her much to go on a and had multiple locations in mind and she found me a few choices really quickly. I settled on Turkey and booked the same day.
I returned Monday 6th and booked again with your apprentice Cameron who again gave excellent service and assisted me in booking a trip to Rhodes.
I have never booked via an agent but can safely say I am converted and will book with yourselves going forward!!

Messaged via Fb to a post about an upcoming trip to Budapest. Quick response back from Sophie. A few personal changes required for the trip, such as changing flight times to accommodate train connections, but done efficiently. Called when promised holiday booked.

I am disappointed with my experience booking through Hays Travel.

This was my first time using them, and unfortunately it has been extremely frustrating. My flights have been changed three times, resulting in an 8-hour layover in Doha while travelling with a child.

More concerning, there was an error made with my hotel booking. I had originally upgraded my hotels at the time of booking, however this was changed without my request. I only discovered this issue when I was two hours away from Kyoto, which caused significant stress and inconvenience.

Despite raising this and providing evidence, I have not been offered a satisfactory resolution. I feel that the holiday I have now is not what I originally agreed to or paid for.

Overall, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in Hays Travel, and I would not use them again based on this experience.
