I always book Caledonian holidays through Hays. Danielle was extra helpful in managing my holiday. I find all the staff in Hays of Darlington very friendly even when they are busy.

Our experience with Hays Travel was great from start to finish thanks to Katie!! Katie was so helpful, understanding, polite and honest! We booked a Caribbean cruise for our honeymoon and we had no idea on anything about crusies or how they worked, etc. However with Katie’s help, she advised what work best for us for what we wanted, what to do or what not to do and made sure we got the best deal that suited our budget! 😁 We will definitely be booking a holiday again with Hays Travel!! 😊

Holiday booking
Samantha looked after us very well. She even looked at alteratives, things we had't seen or looked at, and we ended up with a better deal.
She went through everything without any pressure, the whole thing was very smooth.
Hays looks after all its customers very well regardless what holiday they choose. Previously we have booked city breaks with Hays always very well looked after
