Hays Travel - Douglas Opiniones 

I’m not an experienced traveler so I do tend to pop in regularly to ask questions about my travel plans.
This in never a problem to the staff in the Douglas branch where their patience and enthusiasm (and banter) is so welcome.
I’d recommend Hays to anyone and I, for one, will always use them for my travel requirements.

Fab customer service and attention to detail.

I went with my wife to your Isle of Man branch at Strand St., Douglas on 12th April knowing that we wanted a coach holiday in the U.K. but little else. We saw Tom and he was so helpful and took enormous trouble to find us a suitable holiday and pick up/drop off points, as we have to get from the island here across to the U.k. Altogether it was a pleasant experience making the reservation.

The Booking Experience
Louisa, the Travel assistant was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

I met a very knowledgeable and helpful lady called Sandra when I went into Hays Travel to seek advice about a cruise. She went through things thoroughly with me, clarified things directly with the Cruise Line and it ended with my paying the deposit the same day. Thank you.

Amazing team and could not do enough to help

Tom in the Isle of Man branch was very helpful and explained all the options very thoroughly. He took onboard all my holiday must haves and came up with some excellent options before I decided on my preferred hotel and location.

Sandy, the member of staff, went above and beyond. She stayed on after working hours to make sure I got the best deal and that my booking was sorted. I was so grateful for her time and patience. Thank you Sandy!
