Having checked out a potential trip on the internet for 2 adults and a teenage granddaughter to Nashville, we decided that we'd be in a safer place if we booked with Hays Travel rather than organise it ourselves. We used the Hays branch at Downham Market and sat down with Gemma to discuss the trip. She was extremely helpful and found a 'supplier' who was able to offer us the package that suited us. Nice people help me to find right place to go

Our situation was a group of 6 friends booking 3 cabins on a Sunday morning in your Downham shop with Gemma. we looked at inside/outside and balcony prices and of course can we have cabins near each other - Gemma was excellent very, very experienced and a credit to your company - Why do I know? Because I've been in the cruise industry for 21 years and can spot great staff a mile off!!

I found the process of booking my holiday very easy as Gemma answered all my queries which put my mind at ease.
