Knowledgeable and very helpful staff who remember you and your preferences and I was able to get a slightly better deal than booking direct with the travel company.

We were looking online at a cruise but we had so many questions we were getting to the point of quitting. We remembered there was a travel agent in Downham a few miles away. We popped aver and were assisted by a delightful young woman who answered all of our questions and booked us in about 10 minutes. The following day we made a change to the plans which was also taken care of in a few minutes. I’m really looking forward to the cruise!
