The staff...especially Diane who was very knowledgable and helpful. We visited twice, the second time to book our trip to Australia. So glad to meet Diane who guided us through all the options and explained everything clearly. The shop is very organised and tidy too. Staff are customer friendly even when things got busy. Very pleased and impressed

Staff are welcoming as you arrive through the door. I was given a range of options for possible destinations after giving my preferences, holiday style etc.
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and felt the staff member was genuinely finding me my ‘best fit’ holiday.

Have dealt with Hays in Dumfries many times and it’s always a pleasure to go in. Sharon and Dianne are excellent at their jobs make booking holidays easy, nothing is any trouble.

Friendly helpful staff. Booking carried out quickly with Holly who explained everything fully. Our second booking with Hays and would certainly use them again.

The advisor, Holly, took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed for our family. She was patient and double checked everything with us to make sure that it was what we wanted.

During the entire interaction with Holly, we never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Holly laid out our options and gave us time to process each one. When we had picked the holiday we were happy with, Holly was able to speak to the manager and price match this.

All in all this was an excellent experience for us and we will certainly be returning to book future holidays with Hays Travel in Dumfries
