The travel agent , Chloe in the Durham City branch was excellent. I was asking for a last minute booking for a British Isles coastal cruise which proved to be fully booked. She used her own initiative and found a suitable replacement quickly and professionally . The new cruise is along the French, Belgian, Netherlands coast on the Ambassador ship, Ambition. This company is new to me and aot cheap than Fred Olsen my usual cruise line!
