Great experience. Hayley was very patient and informative in helping us decide on a holiday. We have booked through the St Thomas branch before and they have always been great, whether that be in person, via email or the phone. Would recommend!

We always use Hayes Travel because we prefer to talk directly to a person, we get that extra service then.
The Staff are always great and seem to recognise you as you walk in, which is great. They are professional friendly and they always get you a good deal, and if they cant help you with the area your going someone in the shop can. We will always go to Hayes Travel.

Initially I was very happy with the…
Initially I was very happy with the service and effort gone into finding exactly what I wanted. Following payment and completion of deal I was informed that baggage was not included in price. I had to return to Hays and make an extra payment. I was very unhappy with this and caused me a lot of anxiety as I was not sure whether I had purchased enough weight. Apologies were made for error. This did add stress to my experience

I recently saw a post on Facebook regarding a holiday and messaged Hays, they were super attentive and replied to all queries I had. The process from seeing the initial post to booking the holiday was really smooth and quick. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Holly at Exeter Hays is the lady to go to ❤️
We hardly ever travel. We went to Greece back in 2019. Our first holiday abroad, sorted through Hays. We went into the Exeter branch today to sort another holiday abroad and Holly was brilliant. She explained everything and really made the experience relaxing for people with little to no knowledge. We’ve booked a week away in May now and Holly was superb. Thank you.

We saw the Jet 2 holiday advertised on the Hays Travel-Exeter St Thomas facebook page. Phoned the branch & we booked the holiday with no deposit & 20 monthley payments
All booked and confirmed by the very efficient Hailey. Great price & good service.
