Staff are friendly and so helpful every time I have gone into this store.
I am 79 years old and do sometimes get
confused with information but your staff go over everything at my pace and all is
sorted. (Still friends )

Fantastic service as usual
Fantastic service as usual. I never book anywhere else. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I booked a holiday with Jemma and had to do a slight change to it. One phone call the next day to her and everything was sorted in minutes. Definitely recommend using Hays Travel - Falkirk.
