Staff very friendly and helpful
Staff very friendly and helpful. We never feel rushed into making a holiday decision. We always use HAYS now for these reasons after experiencing quite negative staff attitudes in the tui stores.

Rang up for a price and the membwell doneer of…
Rang up for a price and the member of staff came back with a good quote. Went to the shop and spoke to the member of staff in person with the holday, parking and overmight stay by the airport all sorted in less than 20minutes.
The member of staff was both helpful and very pleasant nothing was to much
trouble.
