All staff including Lola who dealt with us were most pleasant and helpful, gave us all the information in detail we needed. Highly recommended.

Karen from the Fordingbridge branch was very helpful on booking my partner and I first cruise together. Quick response when I wanted my information on the holiday via Facebook. When I went in to book she was knowledgeable and helped work out what was best for us within our budget.
