South African travel preparations
Sarah at Hays, Galashiels is welcoming, went the extra mile and puts so much time and thought re booking flights and travel insurance.
She enabled a really good, challenging booking to take place. Other staff at Hays, Galashiels are also friendly and give helpful advice on follow up visit.

Knowledgeable and Friendly
Staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable of the travel industry and always search for the best deal possible on the info we give them.
We normally deal with Kira or Sara at the Galashiels branch who I would say are excellent
