My sister and I have book previously with Hays Travel Galashiels and would highly recommend it. All the staff are wonderful, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on their subject, from booking holidays, travelling and currency.
Kiara, who we booked with this time is very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, trustworthy, experienced and well travelled herself. She listened ro our holiday requirements and shared information with us both visually and verbally.

Louise the travel agent was very patient with us considering we didn't know where we wanted to go. She was knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice.

Hayley was very attentive and professional. My wife and I wanted a holiday but had no idea where we wanted to go. Hayley did a lot of research for us and was extremely patient and helpful. We eventually got our holiday booked .

As soon as you walk in the staff are very friendly and so pleased to see you. Always asking how l got on in the hotel l was in. Genuinely interested. Poor Sarah l must be the worst customer ever. Sarah has the patience of a saint. If l can't decide l always 💯 go with there recommendations .Never failed me. Well done to Sarah and the rest of the staff. Always smiling they are all perfect.
