Went in to hays travel to have a look at holidays for next year. Sophie in the Girvan branch couldn’t have been any nicer and managed to get us a great deal. Went in to try and get a 7 day holiday and came out with a 10 day holiday cheaper than what we had been looking at online. Great experience and great customer service.

Great customer service from Calum. We were not rushed at all and he took time to search holidays for us in advance of our visit to the shop. During our visit Calum shared personal experiences and was able to offer advice and recommendations from feedback given by other people. Calum went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I booked the holiday that met our needs. This was our first experience with Hays and because of the excellent service Calum (Josh and Sophie too) provided we will certainly return. We are looking forward to our holiday in July. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience booking our recent trip to Dubai-Australia-Penang. The whole team at Hays Travel Girvan were so helpful, in particular Callum who helped us get the best package deal for our trip. He answered all of our questions and nothing was ever a bother! Me and my partner were struggling to find a holiday around September 2025 within our budget. After speaking to Sophie, Sophie was on the hunt to find us a nice holiday destination. Sophie found us a lovely hotel in Tenerife, in a perfect area which was also within our budget. We cannot wait to go to Tenerife and cannot thank Sophie enough for being so patient and so helpful. We will definitely be booking again with Sophie!

Booked florida 2027 today with Sophie from Hays Travel in Girvan!! Sophie has been researching our dream holiday for over a week and hasn’t let us down. Lovely girl and very patient!
