From the first time we went into Hay’s to organise our short break accommodation Sommer was an absolute godsend super helpful finding our family the best deal in a great location whilst remembering to place us somewhere that was suited to our needs and also reviewed very highly.She was readily available to answer all our queries and kept us in the loop with regular phone calls and messages.We could not fault our experience and will definitely be back.

Excellent service, nothing was an issue for Sommer. Gave her what we were looking for, and she came back with a coupe of options. Nothing was a problem, despite me asking 101 questions.

Very helpful finding the right holiday within our budget. Helped out when some small adjustments had to be made due to passport details - much appreciated

We received good advice, the adviser was trustworthy and honest about everything. We were shown different options we wouldn't have found on our own, and pros and cons about places we wouldn't have thought about. In the end we got a great holiday that suited us.

As usual the staff at our local branch (Girvan) were brilliant. They work so hard to make sure that everything is covered and in place so that their customers can go on holiday and enjoy themselves.

Lorna and her team do a fantastic job. A recent query was followed up by Lorna and Josh in a timely and professional manner.

Calum was once again very helpful and informative, he had anticipated my needs perfectly and had chosen the perfect River Cruise. He spent time explain the cruise line, the river cruiser, the cabin spec and the food and beverage package, plus the itinerary for the shore visits, explaining that it was in hand and that Tui would advise Hays travel as soon as the itineraries were released. A very proactive member of staff.
