Very warm and friendly welcome from Sam when we arrived. Very quick and efficient sourcing holiday we were interested in.
Booking process very straightforward and lots of helpful advice given re luggage and check in at airport.
We noticed a very friendly atmosphere in the shop with other customers collecting currency or making payments the staff seemed to know everyone personally and it was all very relaxed and chilled!

Holiday to South America.
Sam yet again helped us with another holiday booking. She is always so patient helpful and came up trumps again. We needed help re our Hays Travel app, Sam came to our rescue and arranged some currency for us too. Went home very happy.

Helpful personal service that works
Super helpful service from Ethan and his colleagues. He bent over backwards to help me find the best holiday to suit my needs and preferences, and really took time to tailor it personally. It all felt a bit daunting at the start, but he went above and beyond to make it work out. Thank you.
